WINEMAKING CLASSES AND SEMINARS
Classes and seminars in winemaking are given throughout the area, including Lord Fairfax Community College and Chateau O'Brien.
If a brief introduction is all you need, consider arranging a winery tour, available at most area wineries.

COOKING CLASSES
If cooking is more your style, Poplar Springs - The INN Spa, offers cooking classes taught by owner and chef, Howard Foer. The next class is scheduled for:
Saturday March 17th, from 10:30am-2:00pm
The Topic:  Baking ~ Bread, Pastries, Pies and more. Includes wine sampling, hands-on instruction, recipe book and lunch.
Cost: $125 per person
